Michaela is an internationally experienced fundraising professional with a strong generalist background and extensive experience in resource mobilization and business development. Starting her career in the non-profit sector in 2007, Michaela progressively has taken over new areas of responsibility and significantly grew income through corporates, foundations and HNWIs (high-net-worth individuals) for WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) in Europe and Asia.

Through promoting and implementing sustainable business strategies and managing large-scale key partnerships with the private sector, Michaela gained sound expertise on environmental and social best practices. She developed high level relationships with corporate partners, individual donors and foundations on an international level.
